Micro training
with artificial intelligence

A new, convenient and engaging training format

Create micro-training with artificial intelligence directly on the Traisi platform. The AI tool will help you quickly create a micro-training programme: from structure to content.

01
DI support
Creating training in minutes has become a reality thanks to artificial intelligence.
02
Efficient
Focusing for 10 minutes is much more effective than staring at a screen for a long time.
03
Phone
Maximised for use on your phone screen here and now.
How does it work with DI?

All you have to do is describe the topic of the training you want to receive, and the AI will prepare the entire programme design in seconds. You can specify the scope of the training you want – how many cards to create and how much of it should be interactive tasks. Finally, all the content created by the IoT can be easily and quickly edited, completed or deleted – you will always have the final say.

You will be able to choose the level of knowledge of the audience for the micro-training. You will also be able to use public information resources (the internet), or specify a very specific source of information (PDF document or web link).

Fast learning format
01

The new micro-training format is particularly attractive for mobile devices. Thanks to the phone-friendly learning cards.

02

You can include test cards. When you select an answer, they show whether the answer is correct and a comment on the answer.

03

You can also use a “frequently asked questions” format, which allows the learner to decide which content on the card is most relevant to them.

04

At the end of each micro-training programme, different topics are offered, or a continuation of the same topic. This learning format therefore easily engages and extends learning.

Microtraining Programme Topic Directories and Library

You can create individual micro-training programmes and group them into topics, categories.
It’s easy to create a large library of micro-training programmes that are relevant to your organisation.

You can subscribe to OVC Consulting’s micro-training library.

Plan when different micro-training programmes will become visible to different groups of employees. Users assigned to the relevant category will automatically receive notifications when new content is available to them. For example, you can pre-schedule a new part of the micro-training programmes to be automatically available to users every week.

Different levels of access
For all

The link can be used to make the micro-training available to anyone who wants to complete it.

For those registered

By default, micro-training will be visible in the directories of everyone registered in the system.

For those invited

You can limit the visibility of micro-training to individual users or groups of users.

Open, freely accessible micro-training is perfect for marketing, education and people outside your organisation.

Unique end card

A unique micro-training end card can be created and added, which can invite the user to continue learning and start another programme, or redirect the user to another resource.

Measuring statistics and engagement

In the Traisi microlearning environment, you can see statistics for each programme. How many cards the user has viewed.

Adaptability of micro-training
Developing relevant skills

By conveniently structuring the content of educationally relevant topics into micro-training programmes and combining them into catalogues of topics, you can help your staff to learn relevant subjects easily, with small interventions.

Steps to solving problems

Create micro-training programmes to address specific, recurring problems. For example, you can stick a QR code on a specific device so an employee or customer can scan it with their phone when faced with a challenge. In an instant, they’ll find all the relevant information they need to solve the problem in the training app.

Training on processes, policies and procedures

The micro-training format can be used to familiarise staff with various policies, processes or procedures. By including interactive modules, you can help your employees not only to ‘review’ the information, but also to assimilate and understand it better.

Communicating changes

Microlearning can also be used to communicate important changes in organisations.

Company product awareness training

Micro-training on new products will give your employees or customers a quick, simple and easy way to learn basic information about your products and how to use them.

How to behave in work situations

Micro-training can be focused on helping employees to better understand how to deal with non-standard situations and what the behavioural algorithms should be. This is convenient as the employee can conveniently access the micro-training programme on his/her phone in the work environment (via a direct link).
