On what basis do we process personal data?
Personal data of the private limited liability company Training systems are processed in accordance with the following provisions of 2016. 27 April Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and the Rules for the Processing of Personal Data of the Private Limited Liability Company Organizacijų vystymo centras (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
What are the principles and basic requirements underpinning the processing of personal data?
Personal data are processed in strict compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, limitation of retention period, integrity, confidentiality and the following main requirements:
- personal data is collected only for the purposes defined in the Terms and shall be processed in a manner consistent with those purposes;
- the processing of personal data is lawful, fair and transparent in relation to the data subject;
- the personal data are accurate and kept up to date where necessary as a result of the processing of personal data;
- the personal data are adequate, relevant and only necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
- the personal data shall be kept (stored) in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and processed;
- personal data shall be processed in such a way as to ensure, through appropriate technical and organisational measures, adequate security of personal data;
- respecting the principle of confidentiality and keeping any information relating to personal data confidential;
- personal data shall be collected only in accordance with the procedures laid down by law, directly from the data subject, from other persons in accordance with the procedures and on the grounds laid down by law, and through official enquiries of the entities which process the necessary information and which have the right to provide it, either on request or in accordance with the personal data supply agreement.
For what purposes do we process personal data?
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- the following personal data may be used for the purpose of administering information systems: personal identification number, name, surname, workplace data, communication data (telephone number, e-mail address), user workstation data;
- The following personal data may be used for the purpose of organising videoconferences: name, surname, workplace data, personal video and interview data, date, time and duration of the videoconference;
- the following personal data may be used for the purpose of organising acquisitions: personal identification number, name, surname, employment data, employment history, education and qualification data, data on criminal convictions which prohibit or restrict the subject’s participation in the procurement process, communication data (telephone number, e-mail address, residential address);
- The following personal data may be used for the purpose of administering the CV database for clients and others: name, surname, contact details (telephone number, email address, residential address), employment details, education, employment history, interview summary and photograph;
- the following personal data may be used for the purpose of providing information about our company’s activities to the public: name, surname, contact details (telephone number, e-mail address), employment details, education, employment history, photograph;
- for the purpose of performance of contracts for goods, works, services with suppliers or customers, the following personal data of suppliers or customers (natural persons) may be processed: name, surname(s), personal identification number, contact details (telephone number, e-mail address, residential address), bank account number and other personal data provided by the person himself;
- The following personal data may be used for the purpose of direct marketing: name, surname and contact details (telephone number, email address);
- and for other purposes as set out in the Rules.
